Pranayama (breathwork) is mindfully controlling the breath to extend one's "life force" or "vital energy" (prana).
There are many types of pranayama and each will promote specific types of benefits or healing.
Some of the benefits include:
- improved lung function
- stress and anxiety reduction
- better sleep
- mental health and concentration.
This class will include a guided pranayama practice (type varies) and an all-levels, gentle flow class with a focus on the breath in both static postures and vinyasa.
It is a class that will bring you home to your body with a deep sense of peace.
All levels and experiences are welcome!

Join us for our monthly Wild Women's Circle
This is a sacred evening woven with connection, sisterhood, and the remembering of our power as women.
* We begin with open hearts and open hands—welcoming one another with playful icebreakers, warm conversation, and nourishing snacks.
* From there, we step into ritual: a gentle cleansing and opening of our circle, grounding us in intention and magic.
* Guided journaling and optional sharing invite each woman to explore her inner voice and be witnessed in her truth. As the evening unfolds, we create space for laughter, tears, wisdom, and the simple joy of being together.
Our circle closes around 9:30/10pm, but the night doesn’t have to end there—dancing, music, and sisterhood often spill into the after-hours for those who wish to linger.
What to Bring & Wear:
* Dress in whatever makes your spirit sing - cozy sweaters, flowing dresses, goddess gowns, whimsical layers, or magical sparkles. There are no rules, only invitation to wear what makes you feel radiant, comfortable, and most like YOU!
*Bring a journal and pen for reflections, a favorite treat or snack (for yourself or to share) and - if you wish - any spiritual treasures that hold meaning to you: moon water, crystals, tarot cards or cherished talismans of faith or magic.
The circle is lovingly held by spiritual guide Maykayla and mental health professional Janey Capers, who weave together intuition, grounding, and joy to create a safe, magical container for all who enter.
🌙 Come as you are. Leave more connected, more empowered, and more alive.

✨candlelit yoga flow to the Grateful Dead on the Day of the Dead✨
Get ready for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience! We’ll flow to the sounds of the Grateful Dead, surrounded by candlelight and shadows. The dim glow will challenge your balance and heighten your senses, while inviting you to move with presence and playfulness.
The class will begin with vinyasa and ease into relaxing stretches and stillness.
In honor of Día de los Muertos, we’ll create a warm community ofrenda to celebrate loved ones who have passed — all are invited to bring a photo or small memento to add to the altar. Together, we’ll remember and celebrate the beautiful cycle of life through music, movement, and heart.
You don’t have to be a Dead Head to love this class — even if the music’s new to you, you’ll feel the magic. After all, “once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.” 🌹GD

Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm
Join Abbey for an inspired asana lab where you’ll get curious about how yoga postures can best support your body. Alignment isn’t about “looking right”—it’s about discovering what works best for you. In this one-hour class we’ll explore simple yet powerful alignment adjustments to help you get the most benefit from each pose.
Each week begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by focused exploration of 3–4 asanas. We’ll fine-tune your practice by exploring subtle shifts in postures, trying new approaches, and uncovering connections often missed in a regular flow class.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner seeking deeper awareness, this class offers space to explore, learn, and adapt.
All levels welcome!

Let’s gather for an evening of Kirtan and storytelling — a time to listen, sing, and lift our spirits together. As voices blend and hearts open, we remember the simple joy of connection — through sound, rhythm, & shared presence. ✨🎶✨
What is Kirtan?
Kirtan is part of an ancient form of yoga known as Bhakti, the Yoga of Devotion. It is a way of opening the heart and feeling the deep sense of unity that music can awaken. Through sound and vibration, we touch the full spectrum of human emotion — joy, love, belonging, peace.
Every voice belongs. No experience needed. This is a vibrational experience, not a performance. (Just listening & vibing along is also welcomed.)
Come as you are. Leave feeling shifted into a lighter, softer presence.
Note: This is not an asana yoga class. Studio will be set up as a listening room with chairs, bolsters, and blankets. Movement & dancing is always welcome.
